“ This Black Rock by far has been the nicest one I have been to. I have always been such a big fan of the coffee especially with the sugar free options they have .I love the way that it is set up and it has plenty of room to sit down inside. The workers are also very sweet and kind and also are very quick with my order , I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order. Everyone is very hard working when I have been in and it is very nice place to do homework. ”

“ I went to black rock this morning with my coworker to grab some breakfast and a coffee. We were greeted by great customer service and a very helpful cashier that made us have a pleasant store experience. However my coworkers and I were a bit disappointed with the execution of the food and coffee. My coffee was not shaken/mixed well so we had to add extra creamer and mix when we got back to the office. She also ordered a bacon egg sandwich and I ordered a egg jalapeños burrito. She said he sandwich was not cooked properly and had to throw it away. My burrito was good but it was also cold and hot so it was a poor experience. We have gone here before and had good experiences but this was not one of them. ”
